Our wedding is going to be located on a generous friends property on the edge of Lake Ohakuri. The exact address will be posted closer to the time. The property is about a 25 minute drive north of Taupo.
Our wedding ceremony will take place on the afternoon of Friday 19th February 2027 followed by an evening (reception) filled with good times and great tunes! The next day, we will be sticking around to enjoy the lake and we would love for you to join us. A chill BBQ brunch and dinner will be provided on the Saturday, you're most welcome to stay Saturday night as well to make the most out of the festivities and great company. While Trent loves the little ones as much as the next guy, we do request a child free ceremony day. However your children are more than welcome to join us on Saturday.
We would love for you to spend the weekend with us, so we have arranged a couple of accommodation options. Glamping tents are available which will be set up prior to your arrival. They are available to secure through the link below. The lake front glamping tent includes a comfy bed with linen, ready for you when the night ends (on both Friday and Saturday). If this is not your style, there will also be ample space for vehicle camping including caravans, campervans and roof tents. If camping does not tickle your fancy, the nearest main hub for non-camping accomadation options is Taupo.
